I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Dancer in the Manhattan Area who loves all things fitness and dance! My approach to fitness is simple: find what you love and stick with it! With an area of focus in Women's Fitness, I aim to help women get more comfortable in the gym and work out through the various phases of life that women encounter. Whether you're new to the gym, need to refresh your routine, or need some help navigating through a new phase of life, I'd love to do it with you!
